Content & Moderation Standards

Models 4 U is an adult platform that permits consensual 18+ content only. All content is subject to AI-assisted screening and manual moderation. We operate a structured enforcement system including warnings, strike-based penalties, temporary suspensions and permanent bans. Content involving minors, non-consensual material, coercion, exploitation or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities where required. Reports of abuse are reviewed within 48 hours. The Platform reserves full discretion to remove content or suspend accounts to protect users and ensure legal compliance.

1. Platform Standards

All content uploaded to Models 4 U must:

  • Be lawful in the jurisdiction of upload and viewing

  • Involve consenting adults aged 18+ only

  • Comply with these Standards

  • Respect the rights, safety and dignity of others

Creators and Studios are responsible for ensuring compliance before uploading content.

2. Permitted Content

The Platform permits:

  • Consensual adult content involving verified individuals aged 18+

  • Subscription content

  • Pay-per-view content

  • Live streaming

  • Paid messaging

  • Custom content requests

All participants appearing in content must have completed identity verification.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action:

A. Minors

  • Any person under 18

  • Content that appears to depict a minor

  • Content involving age misrepresentation

B. Non-Consensual Content

  • Content shared without consent

  • “Revenge” content

  • Hidden camera content

  • Coercion or exploitation

C. Exploitation & Abuse

  • Human trafficking

  • Coercive management

  • Physical abuse

  • Threat-based content

D. Illegal Activity

  • Criminal acts

  • Fraud schemes

  • Distribution of illegal substances

  • Incitement to violence

E. Hate & Harassment

  • Hate speech

  • Threats

  • Targeted harassment

  • Discriminatory abuse

F. Fraud & Deception

  • Impersonation

  • Identity misrepresentation

  • Payment manipulation

  • Chargeback abuse schemes

4. Moderation Systems

The Platform uses a dual-layer moderation system:

AI-Assisted Screening

  • Automated content scanning

  • Behavioural pattern monitoring

  • Fraud detection triggers

Manual Review

  • Human moderation

  • Report investigation

  • Appeal review process

All uploaded content may be subject to review at any time.

5. Reporting & Review Timeline

Users may report:

  • Content violations

  • Abuse

  • Underage concerns

  • Harassment

  • Fraud

Reports are reviewed within 48 hours where possible.

Emergency or high-risk cases may be escalated immediately.

6. Enforcement Framework

Violations may result in one or more of the following:

  • Content removal

  • Warning notice

  • Strike issuance

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent account ban

  • Earnings freeze

  • Law enforcement referral

The severity of enforcement depends on:

  • Nature of violation

  • Frequency

  • Intent

  • Risk to others

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.

7. Strike System

For non-severe violations, the Platform may operate a strike-based system.

Strikes may lead to:

  • Temporary feature restrictions

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent removal after repeated violations

Strike thresholds are determined at Platform discretion.

8. Appeals Process

Creators and Studios may appeal moderation decisions.

Appeals must:

  • Be submitted through official support channels

  • Provide relevant supporting information

Appeals are reviewed by a separate moderation reviewer where possible.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of enforcement action.

9. Studio Responsibilities

Studios managing multiple Creators must:

  • Ensure compliance across managed accounts

  • Monitor managed content

  • Avoid coercion or exploitative practices

  • Cooperate with investigations

Studios may be subject to enforcement where systemic violations occur.

10. Live Streaming Moderation

Live streams are subject to:

  • Real-time monitoring

  • Chat moderation tools

  • Immediate termination where necessary

The Platform may:

  • Terminate live streams without warning

  • Suspend streaming privileges

  • Record live stream data for review

11. Earnings Withholding

Where content violations, fraud or chargebacks occur, the Platform may:

  • Freeze earnings

  • Withhold payouts

  • Offset penalties against balances

This applies to Creators and Studios.

12. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Where required by law or where criminal conduct is suspected, we may:

  • Preserve evidence

  • Suspend accounts

  • Report to relevant authorities

All serious cases involving minors or exploitation will be escalated.

13. Platform Discretion

The Platform reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content

  • Restrict any account

  • Suspend monetisation privileges

Where necessary to protect:

  • Legal compliance

  • User safety

  • Platform integrity
