Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of the Models 4 U platform. The Platform is global, strictly 18+, and requires email and ID verification for all users. It supports subscriptions, pay-per-view, tips, live streams, paid messaging, and custom content. Creators receive 85% of revenue (15% platform fee), with weekly payouts subject to a £100 minimum and chargeback protections. We reserve the right to moderate, suspend, withhold funds, and cooperate with law enforcement.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Models 4 U website, dashboards, applications and related services (the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by Media Fifty Four Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you:

  • Have read these Terms

  • Understand these Terms

  • Agree to be legally bound by them

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Mandatory Verification

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older.

All users - including:

  • Creators

  • Studios

  • Viewers

  • Organisers

Must complete:

  • Email verification

  • Identity verification (IDV) through an approved third-party provider

Accounts may be:

  • Suspended

  • Restricted

  • Permanently terminated

If verification fails, is falsified, or is circumvented.

We reserve the right to request re-verification at any time.

3. Account Types

The Platform supports:

  • User Accounts (viewers and subscribers)

  • Creator Accounts

  • Studio Accounts

  • Organiser Accounts (SMS functionality)

  • Administrator Accounts

Studios

Studios may:

  • Manage multiple Creator accounts

  • Oversee content uploads

  • Receive revenue allocations based on private agreements

The Platform:

  • Is not responsible for Studio-Creator contractual disputes

  • May require proof of lawful authority

  • May suspend Studio privileges where misconduct is suspected

4. Platform Services

Models 4 U provides monetisation tools including:

  • Subscription-based content

  • Pay-per-view content

  • Tips and gratuities

  • Live stream ticket access

  • Private messaging

  • Paid direct messages

  • Custom content requests

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify features

  • Suspend features

  • Remove features

At any time without prior notice.

5. Revenue & Creator Payments

Creators receive:

  • 85% of gross revenue

  • The Platform retains a 15% service fee

Withdrawals

  • Minimum threshold: £100

  • Processed: Weekly

  • Automatic payout: Enabled

We reserve the right to:

  • Withhold funds during investigations

  • Freeze earnings pending fraud review

  • Offset chargebacks against creator or studio balances

  • Delay withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected

Studios may receive revenue allocations based on internal agreements. The Platform does not mediate those arrangements.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are:

  • Final

  • Non-refundable, unless required by law

Subscriptions:

  • Automatically renew

  • Must be cancelled before renewal

One-time purchases, tips, paid messages and live access purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds are:

  • Discretionary

  • Assessed case-by-case

Chargebacks

If a chargeback occurs, we may:

  • Suspend the user account

  • Reverse creator earnings

  • Recover losses from creator or studio balances

7. Content Standards

All content must comply with:

  • Applicable laws

  • Platform policies

  • Community standards

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content involving minors

  • Non-consensual content

  • Coercion or exploitation

  • Fraudulent schemes

  • Hate speech

  • Incitement to violence

The Platform operates:

  • AI-assisted content screening

  • Manual moderation review

  • Strike system enforcement

  • Immediate permanent bans for serious breaches

Creators and Studios may appeal moderation decisions.

Abuse reports are reviewed within 48 hours where possible.

8. Studio Responsibilities

Studios must:

  • Ensure all managed creators are 18+

  • Ensure all creators complete ID verification

  • Maintain lawful authority over managed accounts

  • Avoid coercive or exploitative conduct

  • Comply with financial and tax obligations

The Platform may request documentation to verify authority.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy.

The Platform uses:

  • Cookies

  • Google Analytics

  • Hotjar

  • Marketing tracking technologies

  • Retargeting pixels

By using the Platform, you consent to data processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Law Enforcement

Official law enforcement requests must be submitted to:

legal@models-4u.com

Requests must include:

  • Verifiable credentials

  • Formal documentation

We aim to respond within 72 hours, where legally permitted.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts where:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected

  • Verification fails

  • Illegal content is detected

Outstanding investigations may delay:

  • Withdrawals

  • Account deletion

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for:

  • Creator-generated content

  • Payment processor failures

  • Temporary service interruptions

  • Indirect or consequential losses

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
