Law Enforcement Guidelines

Models 4 U is operated by Media Fifty Four Limited, registered in England and Wales. We cooperate with legitimate law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law. Requests for user data or account information must be submitted through our designated legal contact channel with verified credentials and appropriate legal authority. We aim to respond to valid requests within 72 hours where legally permitted. Emergency disclosures may be processed on an expedited basis where there is an immediate risk of harm.

1. Scope

These Guidelines apply to:

  • Law enforcement agencies

  • Regulatory authorities

  • Government bodies

  • Courts and judicial officers

Requests must relate to lawful investigations and comply with applicable legal standards.

2. Designated Contact

All law enforcement requests must be submitted to:

legal@models-4u.com

Where available, requests may also be submitted via the Platform’s secure law enforcement portal.

Requests submitted through unofficial channels may not be processed.

3. Required Information

To ensure timely processing, requests must include:

  • Full name of requesting authority

  • Official agency email address

  • Verified badge or identification number

  • Legal basis for the request

  • Specific account identifiers (username, email, user ID, etc.)

  • Clear description of the information sought

  • Relevant court order, warrant, or statutory authority where required

Incomplete requests may be rejected or delayed.

4. Verification of Authority

We require:

  • Official credentials

  • Verifiable agency contact details

  • Supporting legal documentation where required

We may independently verify the authenticity of any request before disclosing information.

5. Types of Data That May Be Requested

Depending on legal authority, requests may relate to:

  • Account registration information

  • Identity verification records

  • IP address logs

  • Payment transaction identifiers

  • Content upload history

  • Messaging records

  • Moderation and enforcement logs

We do not store full payment card details.

6. Emergency Requests

Where there is an immediate risk of:

  • Serious bodily harm

  • Exploitation of minors

  • Imminent criminal activity

Requests may be marked as urgent.

Emergency requests must clearly state:

  • Nature of the threat

  • Why the matter is urgent

  • Legal basis for immediate disclosure

We may prioritise emergency requests and aim to respond as quickly as reasonably possible.

7. Response Timeline

For valid and properly documented requests, we aim to respond within:

72 hours

This timeframe may vary depending on:

  • Complexity of the request

  • Volume of data requested

  • Legal review requirements

We reserve the right to refuse requests that are overly broad or lack legal basis.

8. Preservation Requests

We may preserve relevant account information where:

  • A lawful preservation request is received

  • Litigation or criminal proceedings are anticipated

Preservation does not guarantee disclosure without proper legal process.

9. User Notification

Where legally permitted, we may notify affected users of data requests.

We may delay or withhold notification where:

  • Prohibited by law

  • Risk of harm exists

  • Investigation integrity may be compromised

10. International Requests

As the Platform operates globally, we may receive cross-border requests.

We require that international requests:

  • Comply with applicable international cooperation mechanisms

  • Include valid legal authority recognised under UK law

11. Child Safety & Exploitation

Models 4 U has zero tolerance for content involving minors.

Where credible evidence of:

  • Child exploitation

  • Underage content

  • Human trafficking

Is identified, we may:

  • Preserve evidence

  • Suspend accounts

  • Report directly to appropriate authorities

12. Data Protection Compliance

All disclosures are handled in accordance with:

  • UK GDPR

  • Data Protection Act

  • Applicable legal obligations

We will not disclose user data without lawful basis.

13. Amendments

These Guidelines may be updated at any time.

Continued operation of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised procedures.
