To operate as a Creator on Models 4 U, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Successfully complete identity verification
Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
No Creator account is active until verification has been completed and approved.
2. Relationship with the Platform
Creators are independent users of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
An employment relationship
A partnership
An agency relationship
Creators are solely responsible for:
Their tax obligations
Their legal compliance
Their business operations
3. Content Ownership & Licence
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload.
By uploading content to the Platform, Creators grant Models 4 U a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to:
Host
Display
Distribute
Stream
Promote
The content within the Platform environment.
This licence exists solely to enable operation of the Platform and does not transfer ownership.
4. Revenue Share
Creators receive:
85% of gross revenue generated from their content
The Platform retains 15% as a service fee
Revenue includes earnings from:
Subscriptions
Pay-per-view purchases
Tips
Paid messages
Live stream access
Custom content requests
Revenue calculations may be adjusted to account for:
Refunds
Chargebacks
Payment processor reversals
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal conditions:
Minimum payout threshold: £100
Processed weekly
Automated payout system
The Platform reserves the right to:
Delay payouts during investigations
Freeze earnings during fraud reviews
Offset chargeback losses
Withhold funds where policy violations occur
6. Chargebacks & Financial Risk
Where a user initiates a chargeback relating to a Creator’s earnings:
The Platform may:
Reverse the disputed revenue
Deduct losses and fees
Freeze pending balances
Financial responsibility may be assigned to:
The Creator
The Studio
The Platform
Depending on circumstances.
Repeated chargeback exposure may result in account suspension.
7. Content Responsibilities
Creators must ensure that:
All content involves verified individuals aged 18+
All participants have provided lawful consent
No illegal or prohibited material is uploaded
Content complies with Platform moderation standards
Creators are responsible for obtaining and maintaining consent documentation where required.
The Platform may request proof of consent at any time.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Creators must not:
Upload content involving minors
Engage in coercion or exploitation
Share non-consensual content
Impersonate others
Attempt to manipulate payments
Circumvent moderation systems
Engage in harassment or illegal conduct
Violations may result in:
Immediate suspension
Permanent ban
Forfeiture of earnings
Law enforcement referral
9. Studio-Managed Creators
Creators may operate independently or under a Studio.
Where operating under a Studio:
The Studio must have lawful authority
Revenue allocations may follow private agreements
The Platform does not mediate financial disputes
If a Studio violates Platform rules, enforcement may affect:
The Studio account
Associated Creator accounts
10. Identity Re-Verification
Creators may be required to:
Re-submit identification
Complete enhanced verification
Confirm updated personal details
Failure to comply may result in account restriction.
11. Content Removal & Moderation
The Platform reserves the right to:
Remove content at its discretion
Restrict monetisation privileges
Issue strikes
Permanently suspend accounts
Creators may appeal moderation decisions through official support channels.
12. Termination of Creator Account
Creator accounts may be terminated where:
Terms are breached
Fraud is suspected
Content violates policy
Verification fails
Upon termination:
Outstanding investigations may delay payout
Frozen funds may be withheld pending review
13. Taxes
Creators are responsible for:
Reporting earnings
Paying applicable taxes
Complying with local tax regulations
The Platform does not provide tax advice.
14. Amendments
The Platform may update this policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
