5. Cooling-Off Rights
Due to the digital nature of the services provided, access to content is typically granted immediately after purchase.
Where permitted by law, users acknowledge that by accessing digital content immediately, they waive certain cancellation rights that may otherwise apply to digital goods.
Nothing in this Policy removes statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Chargebacks

Where a chargeback relates to a purchase involving a Creator or Studio:
The Platform may:
Reverse associated earnings
Deduct the disputed amount from future payouts
Offset chargeback fees and penalties
Temporarily freeze earnings pending investigation
The Platform may determine whether financial responsibility lies with:
The Platform
The Creator
The Studio
Depending on circumstances including:
Fraud indicators
Policy violations
Misrepresentation
8. Fraud & Abuse Monitoring
The Platform uses:
Fraud detection systems
Behavioural monitoring
Chargeback risk analysis
Transaction pattern review
Accounts suspected of:
Payment fraud
Coordinated chargeback abuse
Subscription manipulation
May be suspended pending review.
Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent bans.
9. Earnings Freezes
The Platform reserves the right to freeze earnings where:
Fraud is suspected
Chargebacks are pending
Content violations are under investigation
Financial compliance checks are required
Frozen funds may be withheld until investigations are resolved.
10. Disputes Between Creators & Studios
The Platform is not responsible for private financial arrangements between Creators and Studios.
If chargebacks occur on accounts managed by Studios, enforcement may apply to:

Both parties
Depending on management structure and compliance.
11. Payment Processor Decisions
Payment processors may independently:
Reverse transactions
Impose penalties
Withhold funds
The Platform is not liable for independent processor decisions.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
