All purchases on Models 4 U, including subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, paid messages and live stream access, are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds are granted only at the Platform’s sole discretion or where required by law. The Platform actively monitors for fraud and chargeback abuse. Where a chargeback occurs, we may suspend accounts, reverse creator earnings, freeze funds and recover associated costs. Creators and Studios may bear financial responsibility for chargeback-related losses where applicable.
Models 4 U allows Organiser accounts to purchase SMS credits to send transactional communications to users. SMS credits are billed at £0.05 per message, with a minimum top-up of £10. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable except where unused credits remain at the time of verified account closure. Organisers are solely responsible for ensuring that all SMS communications comply with applicable data protection and electronic communications laws. Misuse of SMS functionality may result in suspension or permanent termination.
