1. Scope
This Policy applies only to Organiser accounts authorised to access SMS functionality on the Platform.
SMS credits are not available to:
Standard user accounts
Creator accounts
Studio accounts
Unless explicitly granted organiser permissions.
2. SMS Credit Pricing
SMS credits are billed at:
£0.05 per SMS message sent
Minimum purchase requirement:
£10 per top-up
Credits are added to the Organiser’s account balance upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Use of SMS Credits
SMS credits may be used for:
Event-related notifications
Booking confirmations
Transactional updates
Platform-related communications
SMS functionality must not be used for:
Spam
Unsolicited marketing
Harassment
Fraudulent schemes
Illegal content
The Platform reserves the right to monitor usage patterns.
4. Compliance Responsibilities
Organisers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
UK GDPR
PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations)
Applicable international communications laws
Organisers must ensure that:
Recipients have provided lawful consent where required
Contact details were obtained lawfully
Opt-out mechanisms are respected
The Platform does not assume liability for unlawful communications initiated by Organisers.
5. Credit Deduction
SMS credits are deducted:
Per message sent
Regardless of delivery outcome where the message is successfully submitted to the gateway
Where technical failure is attributable to the Platform, credits may be restored at our discretion.
Invalid phone numbers or recipient-side failures do not automatically qualify for credit restoration.
6. Refund Policy
SMS credits are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are permitted only where:
An Organiser account is permanently closed
Unused credits remain
No outstanding disputes or violations exist
Refunds of unused credits are processed at the original purchase value.
Used credits are non-refundable.
7. No Expiry
SMS credits do not expire while the Organiser account remains active and compliant.
If an account becomes inactive for an extended period, the Platform reserves the right to review account status.
8. Misuse & Enforcement
The Platform may suspend or permanently terminate SMS functionality where:
Spam behaviour is detected
Complaint rates exceed acceptable thresholds
Fraud is suspected
Regulatory violations occur
Serious violations may result in:
Full account suspension
Reporting to authorities
Forfeiture of remaining credits
9. Technical Limitations
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to:
Carrier availability
Network conditions
Geographic restrictions
At present, SMS functionality is limited to UK sending.
The Platform does not guarantee delivery in all cases.
10. Amendments
The Platform may amend this SMS Credits Policy at any time.
Continued use of SMS functionality constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
