Models 4 U operates as a strictly 18+ platform. All users, including viewers, creators and studios, must complete mandatory email and identity verification before accessing or uploading content. Identity verification is conducted through an approved third-party provider and may include government-issued identification and biometric liveness checks. No account is considered active without successful verification. We retain verification records for compliance, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Accounts that fail verification or attempt to bypass age controls will be permanently suspended and may be reported to authorities where required.

1. 18+ Strict Platform Policy

Models 4 U is an adult platform and is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Access to the Platform is prohibited to any person under 18 years of age.

This applies to:

  • Viewers

  • Creators

  • Studios

  • Organisers

There are no exceptions.

2. Mandatory Identity Verification

All users must complete:

  • Email verification

  • Government-issued identity verification

  • Biometric or liveness verification where required

Verification is conducted through an approved third-party identity verification provider.

Accounts remain restricted until verification is successfully completed.

We do not allow content uploads, messaging, subscriptions or monetisation until verification is complete.

3. Creator & Studio-Specific Requirements

In addition to standard verification, Creators must:

  • Provide valid government-issued photo ID

  • Complete biometric liveness verification

  • Confirm date of birth

  • Confirm legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

Studios must:

  • Ensure all managed Creators complete full ID verification

  • Confirm lawful authority to manage each Creator account

  • Provide documentation if requested

The Platform may request additional verification at any time.

4. Ongoing Verification & Re-Checks

We reserve the right to:

  • Request re-verification periodically

  • Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews

  • Freeze accounts pending verification review

Triggers for re-verification may include:

  • Suspicious activity

  • Fraud detection

  • Identity discrepancies

  • Reports of underage concerns

Failure to comply may result in permanent suspension.

5. False Information & Circumvention

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information will result in:

  • Immediate suspension

  • Permanent account termination

  • Forfeiture of earnings where applicable

  • Reporting to law enforcement where required

Attempting to bypass age restrictions through:

  • VPN masking

  • Identity manipulation

  • Document falsification

Is strictly prohibited.

6. Content Involving Minors

The Platform has zero tolerance for content involving minors.

If we become aware of:

  • Underage content

  • Suspected underage participants

  • Fraudulent age verification

We will:

  • Immediately remove the content

  • Suspend associated accounts

  • Preserve evidence

  • Report to relevant authorities

No exceptions apply.

7. Record Retention

Identity verification records may be retained for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Fraud prevention

  • Regulatory obligations

  • Platform security

Retention periods may extend beyond account deletion where required by law.

8. Reporting Underage Concerns

Users may report suspected underage accounts or content through the Platform’s reporting system.

All reports are reviewed within 48 hours where possible.

Emergency concerns may be escalated immediately to relevant authorities.

9. International Compliance

As the Platform operates globally, we aim to meet age verification standards consistent with:

  • UK regulatory requirements

  • International best practices

  • Payment processor compliance standards

Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

10. Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Age Verification Policy may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent ban

  • Removal of content

  • Withholding of funds

  • Referral to law enforcement

The safety and legal compliance of the Platform is a priority.
